I wanted to answer the points you have raised in regards to the 12 balls in a bearing compared to 8. Manufactures can change the internal design of bearings without consultation IE the number of balls used and the size of them. The increase in the number of balls can enhance load capacity and distribution but may also introduce complexities regarding friction and inertia, which need to be managed for optimal performance. In summary, while increasing the number of balls in a bearing can improve load-bearing capacity, it also requires careful consideration of design and lubrication to maximize benefits and minimize drawbacks regarding speed and friction. After consideration and as a sign of good we will issue a full credit and refund against your order. We appreciate your feedback and we hope that this has given you some clarity and explanation.
