Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Not good enoigh notice of policy renewal

Not very good. QDos did not send a reminder email that they will be renewing the insurance policy. It was suprising to see them automatically renew the policy without notice.

When we emailed you to notify you of the automatic renewal, we confirmed your renewal wasn't due to start for another 4 weeks to give you ample opportunity to make any changes. Sorry if you missed this, but in the email there is an option to remove the renewal if you aren't looking to continue with Qdos, which sends us notification to remove it without needing to speak to an agent. I have emailed you directly so you can let me know how you wish to proceed and I can make those changes for you. I would like to remind you that we can opt you out of automatic renewals too if that is your preference - Simply respond to my email and I can get that all sorted for you!
