We know how busy life gets, especially when you run your own business, so we want to ensure our customers are aware of their upcoming renewals. Our customers have said how much they appreciate the renewal reminders, but it’s not a one size fits all! Luckily at Qdos you get a dedicated Account Manager so we can tailor your account to ensure it reflects how you like to do business! Your account has been updated so it’s very clear you would prefer email reminders only. Of course, you can change this any time by contacting your Account Manager. Thank you for your feedback and for renewing with Qdos for another year. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the admin fee associated to Direct Debit applications. Due to the additional work which goes into policies paying on a monthly basis, an admin fee is applied at each application each year, all of which is communicated at each renewal. The benefits of paying monthly are the polices automatically renew each year to save you some time with processing a renewal each year and there are no cancellation fees either! Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service. On the 20th March your policy documentation was sent following purchase and that the email had been opened. I have asked a colleague to send your documentation again. With regards to your referral vouchers, your account was initially created November 2023 following a purchase of insurance and during the registration it asks how you heard about Qdos. At the time it confirms you heard about us via LinkedIn. As this is the case, there are no referral vouchers due as your most recent purchase was done via an existing account with Qdos and the referred must be a new client (i.e. not have registered their details previously). Whilst you aren't eligible for a voucher this time, you can still refer your friends/colleagues to Qdos and you could be eligible for a £30 voucher per referral.
