Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Due to the IR35 reform, the Tax policy we sell to contractors will only insure the Contractor’s exposure for IR35. We do provide a separate service to the feepayer/agency, where we do the determinations for their workers/contractors and offer their feepayer/agency insurance against those determinations. The risk you are explaining is not something we will consider insuring due not being certain how it would uphold in an enquiry with HRMC. The responsibility is with the feepayer so therefore we don’t understand how the feepayer is able to pass this onto the contractor who is no longer responsible for IR35.
