How do we deal with fake reviews?

I would take this opportunity to advise that Qdos do not apply any additional charges for use of a credit card. There is a one-off £12 fee that applies to policies paid on a monthly basis. This is to cover the additional administrative cost of arranging monthly premium collection. We hope that you contact us directly to discuss the matter further. Chris
