Too many reminder emails, calls and voicemails. I knew my insurance was expiring and appreciate the first reminder, but 7 emails, 2 calls and 2 voicemails gets a bit annoying.

Thank you for your feedback. We have a renewal process in place which is designed to ensure that our clients have ample opportunity to renew. We have received feedback in the past which has indicated that limited renewal correspondence can be missed and we endeavour to ensure that no customer is left without insurance as a result of our processes.
