Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback. The Qdos Public Sector IR35 Solution is designed to give contractors the assurance they need to prove to their end client that they are paying their tax appropriately. IR35 is definitely something that is going to be around for the foreseeable future and public sector workers need to provide a contract review, or alternatively prove that you are low risk on the BET in order to give the assurance. This is what the product does for you if you need to provide that assurance. Most contractors also need business insurances in place, so I am sorry if you found the calls to be intrusive in your situation. We will not call you again regarding any of our products.
