We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

From past experience you are very pushy on renewals and even with a code discount you’re more expensive than Policybee. Unfortunately I found out about them a couple of hours too late.

Your Account Manager had previously made notes about your renewal contact preference so I can assure you that you won’t feel that way at renewal next time around. We work hard to keep our prices competitive without sacrificing the quality of our service. With Qdos you get other benefits that you won’t find elsewhere such as a free IR35 contract assessment worth £58.80, prices are the same for new and retuning customers and it’s a fully account managed service, so you can speak to the same advisor as often as you need.
