Sorry to hear you're disappointed.
You've ordered our Glitter Ruby which is sold as an RSVP postcard, we don't supply envelopes with this design as they don't fit in the pouch. The other designs in your sample order do have an envelope. It depends on the design.
We advise in the letter sent with the samples that we send a small amount of tape so you can have a go at making them but for orders you need to purchase a full roll of tape. We also detail this on the website.
