Thank you for your feedback. We do state there is a minimum of 20 on all our invitations, this is due to the time taken to produce personalised artwork and to print smaller runs. I'm sorry if you felt this wasn't clear.
Looking at your order, you approved on 21.3.19 and we dispatched on 4.4.19, As it was a handmade order our standard delivery is 15 working days and on this occasion we dispatched in 11 working days.
