Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great service - making payment terrible and costly

The service is excellent - however payment is the WORST! Making it so difficult to pay and charging such fees - shame!

Unfortunately banks charge additional fees that are out of our control, we do everything we can to keep our prices as low as possible.

Agreed, banks charge the additional fees, however PSC Direct fees are huge. Fees in general are a few cents to a couple of dollars at most however with PSC Direct we paid $30 and were told the larger the amount the bigger the fee.

We are sorry for any confusion on this matter, however I can guarantee you that we at PSC Direct did not add any Fees to your insurance policy with us.

Paying via credit card through the DEFT system attracts the following surcharges that are charged by the Bank (these are out of our control);

Visa: 1.50% surcharge

MasterCard: 1.50% surcharge

American Express: 3.30% surcharge

Diners Club: 3.773% surcharge

The surcharge is a percentage of the transaction amount
