Good product but front line customer service was poor

The receptionist answering the phone to my enquiry was ill prepared and rude. Her manager rang me back, apologised that I had been upset but not for her colleague's behaviour. She answered my query...

Many thanks for your feedback. This product is called "For Toddlers - Powder with multivitamins & prebiotic" on our website, stating that it is a powder. The first bullet point on the product page says that it is a berry flavoured powder and the instructions on how to administer the product are included on our website and on the packaging - it can be added to any cold drink or food such as yoghurt. We will update our page to clarify this for customers going forward.

We will also take on board your comments regarding our chewable tablets.
