Hi Alissa, Thanks so much for the lovely review and for sharing your experience. 😊 You’re absolutely right, because our meals are packed fresh and frozen in 500g portions, they can take a little while to fully defrost. Keeping one defrosted in the fridge while the next one is defrosting will help.Once defrosted it’ll stay fresh in the fridge for up to 4 days.
