Hi Anita, Thank you so much for your lovely review. We really appreciate your kind words and are delighted to hear you were happy with the service and the care taken with your delivery. During periods of extreme heat, we always prioritise the quality and safety of the food, even if that means delaying dispatch slightly to help ensure orders arrive in the best possible condition. We’re so pleased this approach was appreciated. Thank you for your continued support, we hope your dog continues to enjoy their ProDog meals. Best wishes Team ProDog
