We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for the feedback, Helen. Upon investigation, it transpires that you subscribed to receive Private Dining Rooms newsletters on 3rd April via our Newsletter Sign-Up form and - as a result - were added to our newsletter recipient database.

This was the only communication that we received from you - i.e. we were only requested to add you as a newsletter recipient and were not asked to provide any other service which is why we did not contact you.

The newsletter subscription form contains the following message, 'By adding your email you consent to Private Dining Rooms sending you our Newsletter packed full of private dining offers and incentives from leading London restaurants.'

Upon submitting your details you will have seen the following message appear on your screen, 'Newsletter complete. Thank you'.

Please accept our apologies for not coming back to you as we most certainly did not wish to cause any offence - we simply thought that you had subscribed to our newsletter and did not require any service other than to receive our future newsletters.
