Helpful - straight forward re booking. Peninsular fine. - stayed several times. Clean, breakfast good etc Pity about the ferry time tables ie getting into Poole at 22.45pm!

Poor service at the peninsula hotel

The service I received from Channel Islands direct was excellent but the peninsula hotel let me down badly, I knew the ferry wasn’t going to dock in guernsey until 20-45 and by the time I disembarked...
