How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Terrible gift subscription process. Price tag visible throughout.

I bought a subscription as a gift for Christmas. When the person set it up they saw the price tag multiple times throughout the set up process. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable....

Hi there, I am sorry you were not happy with our recent switch to Hermes. As we have discussed, we are still in a trial phase with this but so far our data suggests their service is on par with that of our previous courier partner. That being said, we do send all parcels on a signed for delivery service and as such your order should not have been left unattended. Thankfully we are always on hand to help and rectify any issues that may crop up! I can understand that you were not happy with the switch, but it was sad to see you go because of it. Excellent customer service to deal with a broken glass
