Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

As a gift, did I need to know the cost of this subscription? As a gift, should I really need to provide my credit card details as the subscription had been paid? Strangest gift I have ever received!

Still good Whiskies in the suspension box, but now using Hermes to deliver it. Much rather preferred DPD. Quality of packaging is also not up to par, seem to be saving money on everything. But...
