We are terribly sorry that you are not happy with how your order went, as we try to make our customer transactions as smooth as possible. We are really disappointed when our customers feel let down so we try to make amends to fix this. We processed and dispatched your order on time from our warehouse on 15/10/2025. Unfortunately, the courier service had an overnight delay with the parcel which caused it to be delivered to your address on 17/10/2025, this meant it had arrived 1 day late. We are sorry for any inconvenience this delay had caused. After getting in touch with us, we understood that there was a mix-up with the item you required and the one you received. We sincerely apologise for this mix-up, as in the end, we found out that the product range that we offer was not suitable for your project. Therefore, to sort this we arranged a return and when we received the goods, we processed a full refund on 24/10/2025.
