Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry about how you feel. We did make contact immediately with the number provided as soon as the order was placed to let you know about the slightly longer lead time. After 10 days, numerous emails and calls, we finally were told that it was ok to wait but then another 10 days after you asked to cancel, and we processed the refund through our accounts.
