Planet Leasing Ltd Reviews

Good afternoon
Thank you for your review! I am sorry you felt there was a lack of organisation around the renewal of your vehicle lease. Planet Leasing value every client comment as it gives us a chance to improve our services to current and future clients. We have taken your criticism on-board and are busy implementing better lines of communication between ourselves and the various vehicle suppliers (specifically around the delivery confirmation process). Unfortunately, this is still the one part of the leasing process over which we have no control. The Planet Team

Good afternoon, Rebecca - thank you for your review. We believe that all feedback allows us to investigate and improve those areas experienced that do not meet the expected high standard of customer service we set for ourselves . I believe Alex has contacted you in regard to the challenges mentioned in your review and has explained that choosing a metallic paint option would change the monthly amount by +/- £10 as stated to your dad and he has also offered some possible solutions around the parking sensor challenge. We hope the feedback and engagement has helped clear up any misunderstanding? Planet Leasing always endeavours to correct any reported client challenges as ultimate customer satisfaction is one of our main goals. The Planet Team
