Fairly good service, multiple quotes issued listening to our needs. Would have been nice to have some incentives offered to keep us as customers as we booked last year as well.

Not all hotels are able to provide the gratuities you received when in Mauritius I am afraid - we will always do our best to get the best deal or provide an incentive if this is not forth coming
