How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the stress and frustration caused by this payment issue. We completely understand how concerning it is to see a duplicate charge on your card, especially for such a significant amount, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience and delay you experienced while this was resolved. Your feedback regarding the communication from our booking agent and the delays within our finance department has been passed directly to our management team to ensure better training and clearer processes are put in place. We are glad to hear that our agent from the Customer Relations Team was able to assist you effectively once the issue was logged. We deeply value your long-standing loyalty, and apologise that you felt let down during this process. Should you need anything further for your booking, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind regards Customer Experience Team
