Unfortunately, due to the weekend falling within this period, the process took longer than expected. We were able to secure a better price for you; however, due to the high call volume on Monday afternoon, we were unable to contact you directly to advise you of the reduction. Instead, we sent a text notification confirming that your new price had been updated on the online renewal portal.
