How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Not what I expected, item too big and having to pay to deliver and return

The items arrived as promised, very disappointed that I had to forfeit 1.99 to return the item

Thanks for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear the item was not as expected and that the sizing was too large. We understand your frustration with paying for both delivery and returns, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. Your comments will be passed on to the relevant team for review.
