Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

My new ‘go to’ brand - love it ALL!

Excellent. Easy to order, fast delivery. Had to send a garment back (I purchase multiple sized items) and it was easy and quick. Would have no hesitation in ordering again knowing how easy this...

Prompt delivery. Would advise reviewing the leg length on trousers for petite section.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are really sorry to hear that you experienced inconsistencies with our sizing. We know how frustrating it is to order your usual size and have it fit differently across items. Sizing accuracy is something we closely monitor, and we are sharing your comments directly with our product and design teams to help us improve our manufacturing consistency. If you are currently stuck with items that don't fit well, please reach out to us via [Live Chat / Email] so we can help you with an easy exchange or return.
