Boa tarde caro cliente, Pedimos desculpas pela resposta tardia. Gostaríamos de informá-lo que para que o seu ficheiro seja analisado por um dos nossos técnicos é necessário que solicite o supervisionamento do ficheiro, caso não selecione esta opção o ficheiro é analisado por um sistema automático e portanto caso a resolução seja insuficiente o sistema não irá verificar esta questão e irá enviar o ficheiro para a impressão a mesma.
