Thank you for your feedback. Campsites and holiday parks determine their own policy regarding the rest of the balance payment and how and when they contact the customer for this, for your particular booking the policy is payment on arrival. We do currently offer an automated payment option but this is not yet in place for all campsites and parks. We hope you enjoy your stay.

No problems with you at all easy transaction just wish I could say same for the caravan park.have to ring within 48 hours to pay rest of balance and its been 3 days and I still keep getting the...

We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced whilst trying to make payment. We have spoken with the site manager this morning who has assured us that they have spoken with you this morning and taken payment. We do currently offer an automated payment option to avoid such situations but this is not yet in place for all campsites and parks. We hope you enjoy your stay.
