Straightforward system for ordering, which allows one to identify quite easily what is available: excellent. I have never been let-down since I started using the diaries way back in the last century.
The website was clear and easy to navigate. The diary was delivered quickly and the quality is excellent. Would definitely recommend and will be getting another personalised diary next year for sure...
The order was received much quicker than expected for a bespoke order. The pen loop was missing but they sent out within 2 days. Can't fault the quality of their products or service
