How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Customer Care

Simply Supplements

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your recent review. Supplements take approximately six to eight weeks to be fully absorbed into the system. With all herbal products it is trial and error to see which product is best for you as not everyone reacts to them in the exact same way. It is likely that you may not not know if the supplement is truly working for you unless you stop taking them, due to how long they take to absorb into the system. If you ever wish to discuss other supplements that can compliment the products you are taking, or any alternatives, then please do not hesitate to contact us at customercare@simplysupplements.co.uk and we will be happy to help. Thank you for your valued custom Kind Regards, Suzie Hopkins
