Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We redelivered it, on September 7th after seeing this feedback, and have rung a couple of times and emailed to get confirmation that you have now received the picnic bench. Hi yes it did arrive. I was not aware you had called. No message - maybe leave a message? If I don't recognise a number I won't pick up and if it's listed as private that doesn't help! I am a teacher so am not allowed to use my phone for most of the day. We haven't had a chance to put it together due to weather then work commitments so hopefully will get it do e this weekend.
