How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Delivery by DHL was delayed three times but finally arrived

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the delivery was delayed. Our records show that the parcel was dispatched on time via standard DHL delivery, with an attempted delivery made and a card left when no one was available. The item was then successfully delivered within the 3–5 working day timeframe. We’re glad it has now reached you. Kind regards, Alice.

Whisper on the Wind Silver EarringsMore reviews of this productView product websiteVery elegant silver earrings. Can be worn anytime day or night.

Soulful Skies PendantMore reviews of this productView product websiteBig stone in dull colours and a feeble tassel that I had hoped was longer and more full, more legs if you like so I’m returning it.

Fine Foliage EarringsMore reviews of this productView product websiteThe leaf earrings are bigger than I realised which was wonderful. They look gorgeous. Only downside for me is that the hook is quite broad and I had difficulty inserting them.

Follow the Florals ScarfMore reviews of this productView product websitePretty scarf. Lovely soft material. Good value for money.

Gold Butterfly Earring BacksMore reviews of this productView product websiteJust what I've been looking for. They are so much nicer and neater than the plastic ones I've been using to replace lost ones.
