Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I have emailed twice today Owen but not received a reply to either. Your website now states you have the item in stock so why has it not been delivered. The Royal Mail tracking still states they are awaiting the item.

Nothing has been sent by SMS. I am still awaiting delivery of the parcel. Why hasn't it been delivered yet and why are customer support not responding to emails and why are the telephone lines unavailable? It is beginning to appear that this may be a scam.
