Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Sell it yourself or look for someone cheaper.

Poor communication, phone calls not returned. The communication greatly improved when they were asking for their money!

We are very disappointed with your review and whilst we will endeavor to not only meet but exceed our clients expectations, we are at a loss with your comments. Your property came onto the market with ourselves on 2nd March 2017 and by the 14th March 2017 your property was under offer and the sale completed 26th April 2017 - 6 weeks after the sale was initially agreed. This time frame is pretty impressive as the national average for a sale to complete from when it was initially agreed can take between 12-14 weeks. We dealt with all your queries in a professional and courteous manner and felt at all times during the sale, with had a healthy working relationship with your good selves. We will always hold our hands up if we genuinely get anything wrong however on this occasion we feel there is nothing we can learn from your feedback. However in spite of everything we wish you all the best for the future.

Ruth the sale was fine. The comments refer to our purchase.we had to call to try and get feed back on the progress and we got very little. So imaigine how disappointed we were when calls were not returned despite being promised that we would be contacted by who ever answered the phone,you yourself told me you would get Lucky to call back and we waited for a few days and had to call again. Considering our sale went ahead very efficiently,the first viewer bought it, our purchase dragged on and on despite us being cash buyers,and nothing from PH as to why. So,that's what happened,our stuff is in storage for a 3rd month and costing a fortune.if PH had of been on their game,I would have delayed the contract exchange on my sale, and at least saved 400 quid .
