I can confirm our fees are subject to VAT and a breakdown of fees are included within out terms of business, please have my assurances that we conduct our business in a fair and transparent manner and that we were not trying to disguise any hidden fees.

That's fair enough, I'm sure that you are a reputable company, and my review was far too harsh, I should have ended the last sentence at the word "them". The last part was unnecessary.and should be treated as hearsay.
