Thank you for your feedback, i can see your sample left us on 13th August. These are sent with Royal Mail on a 2nd class service which can take 5-7 working days. If you can get in touch with our customer service team to let us know if the sample has not arrived by the end of this time frame we can get some more samples sent out to you. Petals and Roses x
