People commate very well

The gent was very nice and sorted out my query. He even made a joke about my cats being named after Harrison Ford characters! Made me laugh!

Have only just joined petplan, so haven't needed to use them yet looking into getting a second pet insured through them.

It is a good plan however I feel it is slightly expensive

service was good though some of the advice confusing

luckily we have not had to use petplan at the present time

My vet has now sent two claims for my dog's vet bills, which I have already paid. To date I still have not had a response from Petplan to settle this account.

Good contract with decent levels of cover. Not the cheapest, but sometimes you have to pay for what you get. Did try to sign up on line, For some reason I couldnt get past the bank details page and...

The staff are very polite and knowledgable. They had an answere for every question I asked.

Presentation and offering on the website is excellent, but I found it hard to compare and decide on the correct plan for us
