They were so inefficient and it was so difficult that I gave up. I was on a month free trial, and am glad I wasn't a paying customer

Took all the stress out of an emergency vets visit with our new puppy, vets dealt with the claim and pet plan paid the vets directly, no hassle we only had to worry about the excess amount.
Petplan agreed to pay vet fees plus medication minus the excess. My only gripe is having said a cheque had been issued, it took a week to arrive and I'm unable to pay it in using my banking app thus...

Hi,
Thank you for your review. I understand it’s not convenient having a claim paid by cheque. We usually pay claims into the policyholder’s account providing we have the Direct Debit details for those. If the policy was paid by a yearly card payment or if it’s on a free cover, those claims are paid by cheque if it’s to the policyholder. Your review has been logged as feedback.
