Only rating 4 because template is difficult to use. Or I just don’t know how to ‘view’ the grid showing the outline of each card. Directions would be helpful.

It's only a 3 because this shipment was a 5 but our nametag trays were only used for a second time and they all separated at the perforations when we opened the carrying cases. Very disappointing.
