We take each and every comment very seriously and, of course, we were disappointed to read your expectations were not met on any level. The villa you stayed in has received many positive reviews from the guests who booked through Passepartout Homes through the years, from families to group of friends and even yoga retreats, so we were very surprised to receive such a negative review yesterday.
We have taken your criticism at heart and have already improved the product description to avoid future misunderstandings. For the sake of clarity and precision to those reading your review, the villa has two toilets serving a maximum of 6 guests, which I appreciate it may not be sufficient for your personal needs or the toilets may not be conveniently located.
The owner has already been informed of your comments and I am sure she will act upon.
