Hello Thank you for your email. We are sorry you were disappointed with this item. All our cylinders are manufactured and filled on site with gas from BOC gases which is 99% pure with 1% impurity. The balloons you have inflated are not suitable for helium inflation. The number balloons you purchased from us state within their description; "Approx inflated size: 36cm / 14 in Material: Foil Air inflation only. Self sealing. Not suitable for helium inflation." The Caterpillar Latex balloons were not purchased through us, however we would recommend these are also Air Inflation only. Due to the un-inflated latex at the top of their heads, they are too heavy to be lifted from the floor. This is the reason they stand upright but do not leave the floor. In this case, we would recommend you back to the supplier of the Caterpillar balloons. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience caused. Kind Regards Sales Team"
