We're sorry to hear the foil balloons didn’t float as expected. Our helium is supplied by BOC Gases and is 99% pure, so it’s highly unlikely that the gas itself was the issue. Please note that some foil balloons available on the market — especially those under 18 inches — are designed for air inflation only and will not float, even when filled with helium. Additionally, even larger foil balloons (18" and above) may not float properly if they are not manufactured to a high standard. We always recommend purchasing foil balloons from reputable, high-quality balloon manufacturers to ensure proper floatation and a successful display.
