Thank you for your comments. We fill our cylinders with grade A, BOC gasses which is 99% pure with 1% impurity, due to this is very unusual for compatible balloons not to float for the stated times. Latex balloons are porous and have an average flotation time of around 6-8 hours depending on the size of the balloon and room temperature. Foil balloons have a much longer float time because the balloons are completely sealed. We do state the float times on the helium cylinder box instructions and the cylinder itself, we also advise to inflate the balloons 1-2 hours before the party/event. All cylinders are pressure checked before being dispatched from our warehouse, A single small Helium Cylinders inflates approximately: - 30 x 9” Latex Balloons or; - 16 x 11” Latex Balloons or; - 12 x 12” Latex Balloons or; - 12 x 18” Foil Balloons or; - 2-3 x 34" Foil Letters / Numbers Please note: Latex balloons stretch therefore it is very easy to overinflate them.
