All our cylinders are filled on site and are pressure checked before being dispatched, please can we ask you to double check the cylinder? The helium cylinder is very easy to use. Please take the helium cylinder out of the box and turn the green valve anti-clockwise, once you have done this press firmly down on the rubber nozzle to release helium into the balloon. If this does not work, please close the cylinder off again by turning the green tap clockwise, unscrew the black rubber nozzle and screw it back on again. Sometimes a loose thread on these can stop the flow of the helium. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

All cylinders are pressure checked before being dispatched from our warehouse, due to this it’s very unusual for a cylinder not to inflate the stated number of balloons. A single small Helium Cylinders inflates approximately: - 30 x 9” Latex Balloons or; - 16 x 11” Latex Balloons or; - 12 x 12” Latex Balloons or; - 14 x 18” Foil Balloons or; - 2-3 large letter or number balloons. Do you have any pictures of the balloons you can send through? Kind Regards

The item should fill: - 50 x 9” Latex Balloons or; - 25 x 12” Latex Balloons or; - 20 x 18” Foil Balloons - 3-5 x 34" Foil numbers / letters Please can we ask you to email over pictures of the balloons you managed to inflate?
