Good products and customer service. Helium didn’t last though

Fast delivery, easy to get hold of customer service. Good products. Just a shame my helium gallons barely lasted, feel like I wasted a lot of money.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you are unhappy with this item. Due to the size of the balloons on your order, we'd have expected the cylinder to fill roughly 15-18 balloons. Latex balloons only have a flotation times of 6-8 hours. Foil balloons have an average flotation time of 1 week, however this relies on the balloon being tided off tightly when filled. Thank you for your comments. We are sorry this balloon was damaged upon arrival. We did offer to either refund or replace the balloon, however you choose to have a refund. There was also a giant number 8 balloon and a bouquet of helium balloons that all arrived safely. These items are fragile and very rarely, they can become damaged in transit. Kind Regards Clare
