Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry you are disappointed with the service you've received. This order was placed on 06/05 and delivered on 07/05, by a courier network. A picture of the goods and a map of the GPS have been provided. We've not heard anything about this order before, as we would have provided this information at the time. We would recommend checking your emails again, as not only has the tracking number been emailed over to you, a copy of the POD has too. Kind Regards Clare

We've requested pictures of the balloons inflated, to look into this further, but none have been emailed over. Due to the balloons being from another supplier, we are unable to confirm quality and size. We are sorry you feel disappointed on this occasion. Kind Regards

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear this. All cylinders are pressure checked before being dispatched from our warehouse, due to this it’s very unusual for a cylinder not to inflate the stated number of balloons. A single small Helium Cylinders inflates approximately: - 30 x 9” Latex Balloons or; - 16 x 11” Latex Balloons or; - 12 x 12” Latex Balloons or; - 14 x 18” Foil Balloons or; - 2-3 large letter or number balloons. Do you have any pictures of the balloons you can send through? This order only contained helium, so we are unsure of the balloons used. Kind Regards Clare
