Hello Thank you for your feedback. We fill our cylinders with grade A helium from BOC gases which is 99% pure with 1% impurity, due to this is very unusual for helium compatible balloons not to float for the stated times. Latex balloons are porous and have an average flotation time of around 6-8 hours depending on the size of the balloon and room temperature. Large Foil balloons have a much longer float time because the balloons are completely sealed. Please send us some photos of the balloons so we can look into this further for you? Kind Regards Clare

I don’t believe it can inflate up to 30 x 9’ ballon’s. We could barely inflate 20. Otherwise, it’s easy to use hence the 4 stars rating.

Hello Thank you for your enquiry. We are sorry to hear this. All cylinders are pressure checked before being dispatched from our warehouse, due to this it’s very unusual for a cylinder not to inflate the stated number of balloons. A single small Helium Cylinders inflates approximately: - 30 x 9” Latex Balloons or; - 16 x 11” Latex Balloons or; - 12 x 12” Latex Balloons or; - 14 x 18” Foil Balloons or; - 2-3 large letter or number balloons. Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you encountered issues with the cylinder. The nozzles on the cylinders are all screwed on by hand, then go through a testing process before dispatch. We are sorry the nozzle came of the cylinder in this case, however with the handles on the cylinders, it should not have moved anywhere. Each of these will fill: 30 x 9" latex balloons 15 x 12" latex balloons 12 x 18" foil balloons 2-3 x 34" large foil letters / numbers If you inflated 2 large numbers and then 6 Latex balloons, this would be the maximum.
