We also noticed that no balloons were purchased from us with this order, so we can’t confirm the size or type used, which can affect how many balloons the canister will fill. Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you didn’t receive a delivery notification and that the helium ran out after inflating 23 balloons. The canister is designed for up to 30 balloons, but factors like balloon size and inflation can affect this.
