I asked for the order to be on time and I paid extra for that. Also left a note with the order. Still arrived too late. Never with party city again ever.

Wat vervelend! Helaas hebben wij geen controle meer over het pakket als het opgehaald is door DHL, Wel hebben we het contractueel met hen vastgelegd dat het binnen een bepaalde tijd moet worden geleverd.
We gaan dit zeker aankaarten bij hen.
Mocht een pakket toch te laat zijn i.v.m onvoorziene omstandigheden, kunt u altijd het pakket aan de deur weigeren. Het pakket wordt dan teruggestuurd naar ons magazijn en wij storten dan het aankoopbedrag terug op uw rekening.
