Regarding delivery, free shipping applies to orders over £150.00 before VAT, so unfortunately your order just missed the threshold. As for the incorrect delivery address, my apologies once again. Although we produced a new delivery note when you called to amend the address, it appears it was misplaced in the warehouse. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
